These terms govern your use of veritasqualityconsultants.com, including the Enforcement Analysis series and any training material published on this site. They set out what you may do with our material — which includes rather more than most such notices allow — and the small number of things you may not.

This site is operated by Veritas Quality Consultants, LLC, a limited liability company based in Apex, North Carolina, United States. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Veritas Quality Consultants, LLC. “You” means the person or organisation accessing the site.

By accessing or using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site.
3Ownership of the content
Except as stated in section 4, all material on this site — including the written analysis, the Enforcement Analysis series, the training modules and interactive tools, the underlying code, the diagrams and generated figures, the page designs, and the selection and arrangement of all of it — is our copyright and remains our property.
Copyright is asserted in the original expression, commentary, analysis, selection and arrangement, and in the software and figures we have created. Nothing here is placed in the public domain.
4Material we do not claim
Our Enforcement Analysis series quotes from FDA warning letters, Form 483 observations and other documents published by the United States Government. Those source documents are works of the United States Government and are not subject to our copyright. Anyone is free to obtain and use them from their original sources, which we identify and link in every issue.
Likewise, we claim no rights in compendial or regulatory texts we cite — United States Pharmacopeia general chapters, ICH guidelines, EudraLex, and equivalent publications — which remain the property of their respective publishers and are quoted here for commentary and educational purposes.
What is ours is the analysis built on those sources: what we selected, how we arranged it, and what we concluded.
5What you may do
Without asking us first, you may:
- Read, print and save pages for your own reference or for internal use within your organisation.
- Circulate a link to any page, anywhere, to anyone.
- Quote up to 200 words from any single page in your own work — a presentation, an internal training deck, an article, a social post, an SOP rationale — provided you attribute it to Veritas Quality Consultants and, where the medium allows, link to the page you took it from.
- Cite us in academic, professional or regulatory writing in the normal way.
- Discuss and disagree with us publicly, quoting as needed to make your point fairly.
We would rather be quoted than not. If you want to use more than 200 words, or reproduce a figure or an interactive tool, write to us — permission is usually straightforward and usually free. The answer is far more often yes than no.
6What you may not do
You may not, without our prior written permission:
- Republish or redistribute our material, in whole or in substantial part, whether or not you charge for it and whether or not you credit us.
- Present our material as your own, or remove, obscure or alter any copyright notice, attribution, byline or branding.
- Create derivative works from our material — including rewriting, paraphrasing or restructuring an issue or module so as to reproduce its substance under a different name.
- Systematically extract content by scraping, crawling for bulk copying, automated downloading, or any comparable means, beyond ordinary search engine indexing.
- Use our material to train, fine-tune or evaluate machine learning models, large language models or other automated systems, or to build a dataset for those purposes. We reserve all rights in respect of text and data mining.
- Use our material to produce a competing publication or training product.
- Resell, sublicense or commercially exploit our material.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, or interfere with its operation.
7Training material
Training modules, interactive tools and assessments published on this site are made available for individual self-study and for evaluation. Use of this material to train personnel within an organisation, or as part of a documented training programme, requires a separate written licence from us. Where such a licence exists, its terms govern that use and prevail over this section to the extent of any conflict.
Completion records generated by our assessments are produced in your browser and are provided for your organisation's own quality unit to evaluate and file under its own training procedure. We do not hold, verify or certify them, and we are not the system of record for your training. The material is not accredited training and confers no qualification.
8Not professional or legal advice

13Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. The courts of North Carolina shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
